One of the oldest properties in Saint-Emilion is Château de Ferrand, an estate with ten hectares of vines overlooking the Dordogne valley and offering a 360° view of its vineyard landscape. In its 300-year history, the Château de Ferrand has only known 2 owner families, which has allowed it to preserve its soul and authentic charm.

It is Alexandre Doucin, an outstanding draughtsman, who has created a fresco on all the walls of the room using a black monochrome Bic Cristal pen!
